Project Based Learning

New Tech Network

We use project-based learning to prepare students for high school, college and careers of the future by challenging them to collaborate and solve real-world problems. To expand student learning and staff development, WBMS will collaborate with New Tech Network, a California school design partner, for the first time to add more innovative training for our teachers, and deeper project-based learning for our students.

In School Year 2017-18

New Tech Network (NTN) will help shape our students to become problem solvers and creators. They'll learn to collaborate and communicate. Through challenging, authentic projects, they'll also learn to adapt and engage in the world around them. NTN works closely with districts and schools to create innovative learning environments. NTN’s school model is effective at producing powerful student results.
