At WBMS we believe that physical health and nutrition are an essential part of academic success and emotional well-being. Research shows that healthy kids can focus, think and learn better. Therefore, our school health policy aims to reduce sugary and processed food and drinks at school. We offer students nutritious breakfast, lunch, snacks, and supper, plus milk and clean drinking water and water bottles - so it is not necessary to bring additional food or drinks to school. If students do bring food or drinks we ask that they please follow our health policy by bringing only non-sugar sweetened beverages and foods and snacks low in sugar, salt and fat.
